White Chocolate Blondie “Brownies”

White Chocolate Blondie “Brownies” are completely delightful even if they inspire squabbling. This strife is caused due to some belief that White “chocolate” is not to be considered true chocolate! But we don’t care! These are SO Yummy; you won’t want to stop at ONE!

White Chocolate Blondie “Brownies”

Do you know that white chocolate is actually made from cocoa butter, sugar, milk solids & usually a little vanilla is thrown in?

The Difference between Chocolate & White Chocolate is not just the color! Cocoa Solids are what give Chocolates their color. White Chocolate is without these cocoa solids.

But it’s a wonderful way to use up extra cocoa butter!

Do you know Cocoa Butter is what is leftover or extracted from cocoa beans when making cocoa powder?

So, we are doing the world a favor by making our White Chocolate Blondie “Brownies” #Blondies

Preheat Your Oven 350°

Spray Cooking Spray lightly on the bottom & sides of a 13×9 dish

Mix Butter & Sugars. Whip in the Eggs & Vanilla. In another bowl, whip Flour, Cornstarch & Baking Powder together. Combine dry & wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Fold in Chips, Nuts & any other desired additional treats….

Bake for 25 – 30 minutes

These also make Great Bite-Size treats! If you do use a mini muffin tin for your bites, they don’t take very long to bake! 350° for 5 – 8 minutes has worked for us! Also, don’t forget to spray the mini muffin tin…. Trust me, they are a pain to remove if you don’t use cooking spray, even with a non-stick pan……

One little Cutesy tidbit… When we add in Rainbow Sprinkles to this batter, our granddaughter calls them her Birthday Blondies….. #Blondies
