Maybe your dreams are filled with super moist homemade Turtle brownies… But of course, you may also be a Cheesecake addict….. Still, others may love that dark Black Forest flavor…. But if you are a Raspberry devotee, we understand completely! And then there are also those Mint radicals….. And only other Toffee enthusiasts can understand the appeal…. Now, the true visionary completely adores a Rocky Road Brownie! And even a chocolate maniac might go for the Tuxedo Brownie…. But no matter your favorite, our Super Moist Homemade Brownies make the most Excellent base for your favorite flavor! #HomemadeBrownies
Now, this is the really Difficult Part…
Decide whether you want to bake your Super Moist Homemade Brownies in an 8×8 pan or you could choose a 24 ct. Mini Muffin Pan…..
May we recommend the 24 count Mini Muffin Pan? And the reason is simple….
Because you can add your favorite Flavors to your Mini Brownie Bites! So, just think! With 24 mini-Brownie bites, you can add junior mints, peanut butter chips, pecans & caramel bits, or even caramels bits all by themselves! And that was only 4 flavors so far! How about those white chocolate chips? Or better yet: a little bit of raspberry jelly! Remember those Black Forest lovers out there? Add a ½ Maraschino cherry to their Mini Brownie Bite & they’re in Heaven! Tuck in some Toffee Bits & enjoy! Or add a little marshmallow cream along with sliced almonds for those Rocky Road fanatics! You could even add coconut shavings! YUM! But don’t forget those Cheesecake or German Chocolate addicts either!
Are you Ready for those Super Moist Homemade Brownies?
All it takes is adding approximately ½ teaspoon of whichever flavor you choose to your mini brownie bite batter. Just make sure to fill the mini muffin tin no more than ¾ of the way full with batter. Then add your additional flavors and just gently push the chips, jelly, etc down into the batter. You don’t even need to cover completely with batter. Some poking out is great! Plus it looks wonderful when baked! And if you are one of those German Chocolate Cake Addicts, but don’t know how to make your very own Frosting. we’ve got you covered! If you do decide to go with an 8×8 pan, you can still add some additional flavors… You only need about ½ cup of whichever additive you choose…. Then you can decide if you want to mix them throughout your batter before spreading the batter in the pan. Or, you can choose to put the additions on the top of your batter. BUT you will want to swirl them in or gently push under the surface a little bit…. If you do a jelly, it’s best to drop a small spoonful at intervals then push under the batter. If you wish to use fresh fruit, like Raspberries, just gently fold them into the batter. #HomemadeBrownies

Ingredients you’ll need for our Super Moist Homemade Brownies
- 1 & ½ Cups Sugar
- ¾ Cup Flour
- 2/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ Cup Confectioner’s Sugar
- ¾ Teas. Salt
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup Coconut Oil (Canola or Vegetable is OK too)
- 2 TBS. Water
- ½ Teas. Vanilla
- ¾ Cup MINI Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Heat Oven to 350°
Use a light coating of cooking spray on the bottoms of the Mini Muffin tin
If you use an 8×8 pan, spray the bottom & sides
Mix Sugar, Flour, Cocoa Powder, Confectioner’s Sugar & Salt in One bowl.
In another bowl, beat Eggs, Oil, Water & Vanilla together.
Combine both sets of ingredients & mix well. Lastly, fold in Chocolate Chips if desired.
We usually add chocolate chips & whatever other additional flavors we are in the mood for. So, be assured! It won’t hurt to add in the Chocolate Chips ALONG with whichever additional flavors you wish.
For an 8×8 pan, bake 35-40 minutes. We are always very careful to not over-bake our brownies… They are just so much better when gooey! So, when you check your brownies, the middle should slightly spring back & a toothpick should come out Nearly clean.
For Brownie Bites in a Mini Muffin Tin – they should only need 10-12 minutes to bake.
Cool completely before slicing or removing from tin.
We Also LoVE to Freeze our brownie bites… They only take a few minutes to defrost.
Therefore, they are always available for that Chocolate Emergency …..
