Our Wine & Dine Show allows us to stay in contact with all our friends near & far! We even have friends we’ve never met before! But that doesn’t keep us from having a Great Time!
The menu is always a surprise! Of course, there is sure to be something everyone likes! One of our New Wines may be introduced, or one of the old Favorites may be celebrated!
Sometimes there is a bit of jealousy going on! It’s only because we don’t all get our deliveries at the same time! So, when one member has received the new monthly addition to our Wine Cellars and another hasn’t yet…. You know how that goes! Like kids on Christmas morning wanting to be the FIRST to open their present!
But back to the menu: One of our favorites is the More Than Muse Rose with the hints of hibiscus, strawberry & papaya. There is nothing better than a glass of this Rose with our Everything but the Kitchen Sink Cookies! And More Than Muse is Pinot Noir is Perfect with our Tuscan Chicken!
OK, we shouldn’t be talking about dessert before we’ve even had our dinner!
Our Freedom Chardonnay, with its papaya & lemon notes, is perfect when paired with all things seafood. So, if fish & chips are on the menu tonight, this is a spectacular pairing! #WineTasting
We’d also like to introduce our Ashleigh Moscato. As a meal accompaniment, it’s magnificent with a Thai Curry. But we LOVE it in our Strawberry Cake… We are willing to share our quick & easy recipe with you….. on This Page.

Somehow the rest of the bottle disappears during the meal! Maybe it’s because the moderate tannins in this wine are perfect! Plus, the hints of raspberry, strawberry, cherry & herbs bring out the flavors of the beef. Then the oak spice fills out the palate as we enjoy our glass of Free Wine & Beef Bourguignon on top of the best fluffy mashed potatoes.

If you’ve never cooked with wine, you have Not enjoyed a truly exquisite tasting gourmet meal! Fine wine does not mask the flavor of the foods you are preparing. It will accent, enhance & Intensify the dish! Do you know Why? Because alcohol actually bonds with the fat & water molecules in the food, especially the proteins, whether they are beef, fish, or poultry. With this bonding, the alcohol intensifies the natural flavors of the meat. When you add truly fine wine to a sauce, it has the same effect.
Of course, it’s just a matter of choosing a complimentary wine to go with your recipe!
