Personally, I could eat it with a spoon! But it’s excellent on a chip too! Consequently, it doesn’t matter What kind of Chip!

  • 1 Teas. Olive Oil
  • 1 Teas. Sea Salt
  • 1 Fresh Diced (Minced if desired) Jalapeno (or ½ or None depending on your desire for Spice!)

If you like your salsa or Pico De Gallo chunky then just chop! Minced Jalapenos work better with my family. Because some members can’t handle too much spice in one bite! If you really love spiciness, then add another jalapeno!

Another easy-peasy alternative is to dump all the ingredients into a blender if you want more of a taco sauce consistency…..

This Homemade Pico De Gallo Recipe goes so well with almost Everything!

It’s a scrumptious accompaniment to beef or chicken enchiladas. We adore our White Chicken Chili with a side of Chips & Pico De Gallo!

It also makes a terrific & beautiful topping for our Grilled Stuffed Chicken Burritos!

Don’t forget to add it to your Super Easy Guacamole! Of Course, it is also a MUST on Taco Salad, whether you like Beef or Chicken! #Salsa
