These Keto Cheddar Drop Biscuits are a perfect knock-off of Red Lobsters’ Cheddar Biscuits! Of course, you still have some carbs with this recipe. But So Much Less! It’s Worth it! Especially when you get that craving for BREAD!
Many of us were raised with Bread being the main staple in our diets. So, it’s really hard to break the habit of having a biscuit or roll with your meal. Especially when it’s stew or soup. OK. Who are we kidding?! Bread is yummy! And then there are certain types of bread that are uniquely enticing! Like our Keto Cheddar Drop Biscuits! If you really Love Cheese, you can Add More. If you Really Love Garlic, you can add more there too! This recipe is very easy to diversify! As an example, we Love Love Love Sharp Cheddar. But we’ve also made this recipe with Pepper Jack! It goes So Great With Chili! #KetoRecipe

Preheat your Oven to 450°.
We Love to Use Giant Muffin Tins.
You can drop the dough on a baking sheet but these drop biscuits keep their shape so much better when using a muffin tin. They tend to flatten out too much, for our taste, when on a baking sheet. But, no matter what you use, it’s best to lightly grease your tins or sheet. Of course, there is also parchment paper.
Set aside ……..
- 1 & 1/2 Cups shredded Cheddar Cheese (or YOUR choice of Cheese)
Then Combine These Dry Ingredients for your Keto Cheddar Drop Biscuits:
- 1 1/2 Cups Fine Almond Flour
- 1/4 Teas. Sea Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 Teas Garlic Powder
In a separate bowl, combine These Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
- 4 Tbsp. Melted Butter
Add the wet & dry ingredients together & fold in ONE cup of your choice of Shredded Cheese. #Biscuits
Drop about 1/3 cup of dough into your muffin tin Then sprinkle a little cheese on top…
Bake for about 11 – 13 minutes until Golden….
We know they Smell & Look Great But let them cool off just a bit before You Burn Your Tongue!
